Look for candy colours, the brand Alclad do them, but from experience you need a bleed checker to stop them bleeding into other paint layers and fading, if you use the the bleed checker, which is like a special clear sealer it will prevent this.

I would say no, unless you are putting other colours on it, if one colour and nothing else I wouldn’t expect it to bleed into the metal

Depends where you are based but candy colours is the term for the tint paints so have a search on that and you should be able to find something
