Hello! Just looking for some information or feedback on what I can do to fix this. The Flexible PLA seems to be very inconsistent, I’ll get a few test prints out of it and then I’ll go to send a full 2-3 day print and the filament gets caught in the extruder of my Ender 3 max Bowden style. I’ve tried playing around with temps and it seems to like 210 for the nozzle, slowed the print down to 20mm/s I even turned off retraction which gave the same results with it on. If someone has any input on this I’d really appreciate it!

Which fpla are you using?
Ataraxxia Art
Did you callibrate your E-steps when swapping out to the flexibal filament?
since it has different material properties, it will be a different E-Step
I’ve never done E steps, I didn’t think I had to with the Flexible PLA, it’s supposed to print like Pla.
Might be worth just double checking it, from the print looks like you are getting inconsistant flow.
hence the big gaps
that's not what I'm concerned about, The filament is getting jammed in the extruder.
then you are printing it too cold
It can’t be that, I’m printing it from my filament dryer
As in your hotend is too cold
That could make sense, you think 210 is too cold?
Does the filament give you a recommendation? Cause if it's getting stuck, chances are the filament is cooling too quickly. Or not hot enough to reach the glasspoint.
Says on the package 190-220
Print it hotter and see if there is any difference try 250
I could try a temp tower
I’ve been printing cubes
Dont just guess a random temp to test
Temp tower is the way to go
If I remember correctly I tried printing at 230 and it wouldn’t even print
Have you checked for a clog?
Yup! Multiple times
