#Ender 3 v2 Stuck on Loading Screen

Hey there!! Brand new printer enthusiast here.

I’m having some trouble..I had bought a Ender 3 v2. Got it all set up, leveled, printing, had some successful prints. Like many, I went down a rabbit hole and made some minor upgrades:
-Traded out my glass plate for a flexi textured plate
-Traded the starter bed springs for rubber bushings
-Got the Ender CR Touch

I knew once I installed the Touch I’d need to update the firmware. Problem is, I have the new firmware .bin file on my micro SD (8gb, the one that it came with). When I plug it in and boot it up, the digital display just stays on the blue Ender screen can’t get in or go to settings, nada.

Any thoughts? I did verify the SD was formatted for fat 32.
