this only really start after a got a different pla and yes thast tape becuse its been fulling of the bed

very weird, ive never seen this before
id guess it just keeps extruding when going to another tower
but its weirdly shaped and not in every layer
the best thing you could do (if no one else knows this issue), print the same file again and watch as the problems happen, then fix whatever is causing it
most of the time just watching your printer will teach you a lot
