✅ - why are there no screws?

I wanted to replace the extruder on my Ender 3 but found that it doesn’t have the little screws to hold it in place or remove it is this normal on an Ender 3 or is mine just messed up? I saw franks video on upgrading an Ender 3 and his did I got the printer a little over a year ago if that helps or matters

I believe creality had stupidly changed the gears to press fit ones on the ender 3 like over a few years ago.

The best way to get it off without damaging anything is to buy what's called a gear puller. They are very cheap

Or just buy a new motor
