The random messed up lines that occurre in the early stages of the print? Is it an uneven board

Optically, you have an apparent scaling in at least 1 of your planar directions. Set your axis steps with a calibration cube.

Once that is done, do e-steps calibration. Basically you mark out 100mm of filament, and extrude that amount manually. Set e-step until 100=100. This will prevent over and under extrusion and may help your stringing.
