Recommend wires/cables

I'm so deep in this rabbit hole, and prefer not to waste money testing electronics etc. And would appreciate recommendations on what wires and/or cables to build helmet and suit.

I have electronic experience with lightsaber community, where I am more familiar with proper gauging for LEDs vs boards there. But we/I use PTFE wires there, which is too costly for full suit. Still noob with understanding voltage, amps, resistance etc despite having taken physics over 4 times in my life 😂
