I have to flash my Cr-10sprov2 firmware and have no clue how. Can someone help guide me through?

Every YouTube video uses creality slice 1.2.3 and it’s now 4.8 so a bit of a gap.

For back ground, I had bought this printer off of eBay had issues with the z motors and prints. Replaced the motherboard and the thermistors and it still says theirs a problem so I was told to flash the firmware.
