Im using the Crashworks MK6 Alisha board.
I can manually open the faceplate MUCH further, but when using the switch this is as far as it goes

Here are some closeups of the arms / hinge points. At first I thought the helper arm was getting caught on the corner, so you can see where I shaved some off. Didnt help

The screws to the servo arms or the helper arm could be to tight

Doesnt rotate on the screws tho. Screw just holds the washer on. Everything seems to move fine manually

#

the knobs have a piece of plastic that goes all the way thru the holes of the arms (and a tiny bit more). Then you basically put a "cap" on that (washer) with a screw.
Im currently sanding down the inside of all the holes to make them even looser. Just remember the video saying you dont want them wobbly so... hope this works

aaand crap one of the knob / mounts sheered off -_-. Time to cut it out and print a new one

ooook now it's not opening at all. Looks like it tries to, but goes nowhere

#

Got it! Apparently the one arm wasnt fully pushed onto the gear on the motor (cuz the shaft pressed in as I pinched)
Looks like my sanding the inside of the holes loosened it up too so it fully opens.
Now, more minor issue.. it seems to twist a little as it closes. It closes fine at the end, just looks really weird and may be hard on the parts
