I'm making the do3d starboost helmet and I have it sized to 90%, for some reason the faceplate won't fit on at all.

when you scaled the helmet down did you do it uniformly with both pieces or one at a time, as it looks like they are different?
you could try heating the faceplate and bending it to try and fit, but it might be worth a re-print if not.

There all scaled the same

Walsh’s helmet is so much better. Also I double on the scaling issue. Probably not uniformed

I third the uniform scaling issue. It looks squished left to right
