✅ - starboost helmet problem

I just printed my helmet for starboost and it fits perfectly but it's near impossible to get on and off. I know frank takes like the chin and ears off his helmet and I would like to do that but I have no idea how. How do you guys do it?

I believe Franks is printed I separate pieces, is yours just faceplate and the rest of the helmet in one?
