Ender Max Neo - stoping extruding random through a print job

Ender Max Neo - Randomly will stop extruding filament out the nozzle during a print
it is usually at the end of a roll by the way
i can run off a number of prints no problem then random it will print to finish but half way through not extrude and i only have half the print done so run out isn't triggered cause it is going all the way to the nozzle just not out the nozzle
when i reset print it works fine again no clog either? So weird any one else hav this issue with NEO MAX and any other printer ?
