Okay so before my prints came out like this. And when I used the same g code as these two they came out as you can see with the black coaster. I just got a new pei plate and I can’t tell if it’s a bed leveling issue or an issue with a clog
Looks like a clog
Have you had this happen before?
I’ve had a few clogs
So if I don’t have that needle thing to unclog it what should I use?
Cleaning out a clog
Fire up the nozzle to 230.
Take off the bowden tube.
Take off the nozzle.
Take off the coupler.
Take a piece of bowden tube and feed it through to scrape the inside of the hot end.
Put the nozzle on.
Then push filament through it and make sure it comes out straight.
Then put everything back together.
Make sure the bowden is cut straight and clean too.
it's a lot easier to just replace the nozzle than clean a clog, if it's warn down definitely replace it, but after cleaning, if you still get clogs, just swap it over
they aren't that expensive to get a pack of 20
Always replace the nozzle when cleaning a clog, they are consumables and meant to be replaced
Maybe im just cheap. But if i can clear out a clog i'll keep using the same nozzle for quite some time
