No matter what I do the numbers when it auto levels are never good. The middle is always closer to 0 than everywhere else. I’ve tried the feeler gauge, multiple types of paper, and it all goes to crap no matter what I do. My baby s step thing is at like -3.58 which is extremely high for no reason
Forgot to mention when leveling it my corners will be perfect but once I check the center it is too close. If I change the center to be leveled the corners will now be unleveled
@meager pulsar I have the same printer and the middle of my bed is always closer. If i adjust the z the corners are too far but it never gives me any issues while printing. Are you having bed adhesion issues?
No adhesion issues
The right back knob came loose during a print and it unleveled the printer quite a bit and now I can’t seem to get it to cooperate
I’m also confused as to how people have their z offset at 0 when mined is stuck at -3+
From my understanding you want the auto leveling numbers as close to 0 as you can and mine seem to be all over the place
@meager pulsar my leveling numbers are always different but don’t ever seem to have any issues . I do level the gantry often as I find it always becomes un level from side to side.
Those numbers look fine. Mine are similar. Did you post previously and I shared the YouTube video with you?
I also swapped from the springs to silicone bed mounts. A lot better IMO
My z offset is at -1.46
Prints turn out great
Yes I did post previously I had the issue fixed for a bit but I was doing some speed testing and the stupid knob came loose again so I put some locktite on it to stop it from moving so much
I’ll look into the mounts
It mentions that one is shorter than the others, why is that?
Is it for the back left where the wires go into the bed and are mounted where the spring is?
Maybe give these a try, seems to be quite a lot of positive feed back about them and hopefully they will stop your bed level adjusters coming loose😊

I just got my first printer and this is my first own design. Comments and reviews are welcome!
How did I end up making my own bed level locks? Well, after spending quite some time leveling, especially the fine tuning after ABL (E3S1Pro users probabely know, that ABL isn't perfect and needs subsequent adjustments on the fly), I thought I'd like t...
Yes the back left is shorter due to the plastic mount for the wires
Also, make sure your knobs aren’t hitting the wires for the stepper motors when the bed moves back.
your bed and numbers are fine
most bed will have a slight warp to them its completely normal
thats why you have abl to compensate for the warp
looking at your leveling square prints you are slight too far from the bed, adjust by lowering the z-offset
the square looks even to each other, that means your abl is doing its job to compensate for the bed warp
