Ender Neo Max - while print the printer seems to make a high pitch sound when the x or y arms move

while print the printer seems to make a high pitch sound when the x or y arms move a long way - like when the layer is complete and it reset to start the next layer - i tried to loosen the eccentric nuts a bit on both the bed and head it reduced it a bit - by the way it is new so is it just settling in ? - prints come out great and first layer no problems

same here! and the odd rumble.. I think it down to the acceleration speed which helped me, but ive just taken delivery of some new wheels to try just incase.... have you had any luck diagnosing your issue?
