Layers won't stick together and I have no clue why. My current Cura settings have been working fine for the past months, but now it looks like this... Can anyone help me here?

I printed matte PLA (see picture) lately (didn't go well) and swapped for normal PLA (which I printed with before), however the normal PLA also won't work now

Cleaning out a clog

Fire up the nozzle to 230.
Take off the bowden tube.
Take off the nozzle.
Take off the coupler.
Take a piece of bowden tube and feed it through to scrape the inside of the hot end.
Put the nozzle on.
Then push filament through it and make sure it comes out straight.
Then put everything back together.
Make sure the bowden is cut straight and clean too.
