Getting snagged and dragging it

And just not sticking sometimes

And getting built up on the nozzle

Changed it to a same sized nozzle btw

It's incredibly frustrating

Re tightening the nozzle in case it was too loose

Messing with bed heating, nozzle heating, and distance from nozzle to bed

Check for a partial clog, mess with fan settings and your speed too?

Try increasing the bed temp by 5

give the surface a really good clean with alchy - try another filament - for that bed 60c is good - try 200c for filament and reduce z to ensure its close enough to the bed

also pls test print at 30-40 max mm

Sidenote nozzle won't stop leaking filament no matter what when it's stationary

nozzle isnt tight up against head heat up to 240 then take nozzle out clean inside and then put in a new nozzle and ensure its up tight against
