Have you change the slicer settings for nozzle size
yes, i changed it to 1.0 mm and had speed set to 75 mm/s - maybe too fast? printed 3d benchy fine so not sure why i’m running into clogging mid print
yeah too fast, you need to slow it down
try 30mm/s
1mm nozzle has 15times more filament to be melted than 0.4mm nozzle
your printer cant melt the filament fast enough which cause underextrusion and clog
either slow the print speed or increase the nozzle temp.
in this case i recommend slowing down the print speed, as your bowden tube cant handle high temperature very well
