How do you know what speed to print at ?

I just bought the Ender max neo it’s coming in the mail tomorrow but most of these small projects are saying 1 day to make that seems crazy to me

Don’t forget to adjust the temperature if you change the speed though. The slicer should do it automatically but if you change the speed manually during prints it won’t change
