Hi, I've been trying to print but whenever I do the filament keeps balling up. I thought it was a clog so I tried uncloging it but nothing seems to work.

Don’t think you are lvl it’s not sticking to the bed

First try cleaning your bed, a dirty bed can mess up adhesion. Clean it with 91% or 99% isopropyl alcohol. If that doesn't work it could be either your bed may not be level or you need to adjust your z offset

Print a lvl test print just to make sure it’s good and show us

If it just suddenly started doing this, as in it worked before and you haven’t tampered with anything, it’s likely you’ve got a clog.
If less filament is coming out, and you didn’t change the height, it’s not gonna stick
Also the strings are a sign too, build up of pressure makes it ooz out when it’s not intended to
