✅ - Bed leveling knobs falling off.

Having a problem with my ender 3 max neo bed leveling knobs shaking off during printing. I’ve tried locking clips but they still shake loose. Any ideas or tips would be appreciated.

How loose are they when you level your bed?

I don’t have that printer but I know on the 3s the stock springs suck too

does your printer rock/vibrate? it shouldnt... first thing would be finding that out and fixing it

Those are the exact ones I used but it’s like the bolts are still spinning

Do you have a bl touch

If so you can maybe try turning the knobs a good amount and then re level with your bl touch

Did you put one in each side so the knobs can’t move either way? Or just on one side

I did two on each knob and it was still loose when I got up after an overnight print

does the bed wiggle when the printer is off by hand if so tighten the nut under the bed, then tighten all 4 of the springs all the way then easy off a full turn then auto level then go around paper level each corner by slight adjust the sping knob then when done auto level last time but with bed heated then you should be lvl and the knobs are tight enough not to come lose
