I have no idea what’s going on here but it seems like it comes down to bed adhesion. I just bought a brand new PEI bed plate to avoid waiting more tape or time with washing glue off my bed plate. I have leveled my bed countless times to no avail. What is going on in this video and how do I fix it?

It looked like the filament warped up and hooked onto the nozzle for a second. Could try lowering the nozzle very slightly to make sure the filament sticks. Or clean the nozzle. I'd also try lowering the z step like azriel said

What are you printing with? PLA, petG?
I think Nic might be onto something.
There might be a slight nic in the tip of your nozzle, Which prevents the plastic from extruding out straight. You may need to change it.
If you’re playing with it more difficult plastic like PETG, I would look into getting a G10 sheet.
