Hi, I am looking to buy a relatively cheap 3D printer to get into the hobby. I have some experience with CAD, but none with actually printing. I would prefer an enclosed printer that is easy to use and doesn't require much maintenance. I am looking for a small-medium build size. Any recommendations on what brands/models to get or not to get is very appreciated!

Particularly I am interested in the flashforge 3d printer dreamer nx. Is this a good printer for a beginner?

What’s the most you’d pay for one?

I'm also looking for a printer to start out with. I'm kind of leaning towards an Ender 3 Max neo, or a CR10-V3. They are similar priced on Amazon so that's roughly what I have budgeted. There are so many models with so many features but it seems like printer A has this but not this, and printer B has this and not this. Ideallly I'm looking for a 300 ish bed size so i have less to piece together down the road. For now I will start by printing a spoon, or a cube or a coaster lol. But my eventual goal is some Star Wars helmets 🙂

I may be bias because I have one but I bought a cr10s off of Amazon and I love it so much it works great and is a workhorse that has like no issues

I was leaning towards the 10v3 but I can’t seem to find out how important auto levelling is. The v3 doesn’t have auto levelling but the ender 3 max neo does
