I just had this problem in which the bltouch didn’t measure the stoppage while homing or aux leveling. As it didn’t deploy it…the nozzle scratched the bed and was at the correct height. To add, when z axis was going down to stop, I notice the hot end was lower and no touch didn’t deploy ending up with the hot end driving into the bed at force. Now I am too scared to turn it back on and try anything to fix it myself!

Hey @digital echo, thank you for contributing to this forum.
Please provide as much information (images, video, description) as you can. This will increase the chance that someone can help you with your issue.
Use the Close button when your issue is resolved.
While it's off, lift the z axis to about halfway up. Then turn it on and see if your bltouch extends out and gives you the steady light or the flashing red.
If it goes steady, got to settings and leveling to get it to Z home. If it lets out the bltouch before going down you're good to go.
If not, turn your printer off, unplug the bltouch from where it connects near the filament sensor and then plug it back in and try again
