Looking for some opinions on how to prep the handle on Stormbreaker. It’s seem pretty much impossible to sand since it’s like a tree. Do you just do little filler primer and go?

I didn’t make the Groot Stormbreaker I made the asguardian Stormbreaker but if I were to make the Groot Stormbreaker I think I would just get a really fine sandpaper and sand it to the best of my ability then use a bunch of wood filler to get in whatever I could Then prime it and paint it etc.

Water down some wood filler and paint it on, as it’s meant to be wood it will give it a more textured effect. Once dry sand a little or leave it and paint as normal.
