wonky prints on ender 5 plus

Hi I'm getting wonky prints on my ender 5 plus, my printer was working fine but then it suddenly got very loud so creality told me to replace the y axis motor and I have now done this but all prints slant to one side

Please provide as much information (images, video, description) as you can. This will increase the chance that someone can help you with your issue.

Have you tried disabling the stepper motor. Then using a digital caliper making sure the z rods are exactly the same if they are not exactly the same you will get tilted prints like that
