Extruder is grinding my filament

I got told that was the problem and i cleaned the inside of my hot end a couple times with a bowden tube and it still happened after cleaning it

And is it all the way in?

How can I check for sure that it is?

Is the heat block supposed to move like that?

Could this be the reason i have my extruder grinding filament?

Is this bad?
