I 3d modeled this mask and almost done printing it. But how do I get it to be such high gloss? I know gloss black base then gold on top. There a gild you suggest. A wet polish maybe?

If you are using rattle/spray cans try Montana gold (brand) silver chrome ( colour) this is really reflective with a black base, if you have an airbrush the Alclad 2 chrome 107 is perfect. I would recommend looking at Mandalorian helmet painting videos as they will give you a good idea on paint. Graphite rub may also work.

I would see how it cures first and wet sanding unless you are going a very high grit it will dull the chrome finish on top, for base layers I would sand.
