#cr6 max issues

My nozzle caught the extruder cable and burned a hole through it. Replaced the cable and motherboard. Now everything is in Chinese and somehow it can't find zero on the z axis. It stays about a centimeter above the buildplate.

Tried to update the creality firmware but now it won't load the bar on the screen.

Can anyone help?

Not super familiar with printers, but changing the language back is done on the screen? Could try and translate the chinese and navigate it that way.
