#late print layer shift

Mine did the same thing
I would check to see if your z-screw isn't bent or over-wobbly. Temporary loss of bed adhesion can also cause this. I can't tell if maybe your supports played a role.
Supports on the inside definitely messed up I just got a new pei bed so maybe that is the issue for adhesion it doesn’t stick to the magnetic plate very well
Sometimes if you get weird supports/fails, the nozzle will "trip" over it and bump your print slightly, especially if it isn't adhering well. You can try activating z-hop, but generally this setting has caused stringing. But on a helmet that's going to have extensive post-processing, it's not the worst thing.
You can try printing the top half of the helmet and cut it off where it failed. Frank has a video about this. I would try to see if you can cut off the layer shifted portion in a fairly straight/flat way first.
