Got a thermal runway error the other day and swapped to a brand new hot end assembly but when I tried to heat up my printer, I got it around 35 degrees and then it still gave me an e1 error, any idea how to fix this?

Did you swap the thermistor aswell?

Yes, everything is new including the thermistor
