It’s just whatever left over filament that is at the tip of your nozzle when it retracts and when it makes it’s move to the other tower. All you can do with a Bowden tube setup is look for the best looking section and go with that. Dry filament can help mitigate this also. I notice mine does it alot more when my filament has been sitting out.
im actually dumb. I just got the ender 3 V2 a couple days ago and I've been working on calibrating it and completely forgot I have a filament dryer
Try that and see what heppens.
It’s harder with a bowden tube setup to get it perfect. And with the print head moving between towers like that you’ll have some artifacts like this unless you are combing/wiping
