Hello everyone, I have an ender 5 max and I was trying to do a firmware update to see if I could get my printer to show the z offset so I could have it start lower to the bed since I moved the stop switch down a bit to get my warped bed to level properly. I after I tried updating the firmware I can't use the printer at all due to the screen being blank. I tried like 7 google fixes and still nothing. Any ideas?

Did you change the name of the firmware file? I dont know the exact reason but with Creality motherboards the firmware file has to have a different name from the previous firmware file or else your screen will just freeze blue.
