How do i go about creating this type of cc (Ihave been looking for it for around a year, stopped editing around 2 years and am planning to come back)

use normal cc and when you're done just put adjustment layer with tint effect on it, and keyframe it frm 100% to 0% and repeat that and so on, kinda simple
