I feel like i've seen this before. But yeah it's pretty smooth. I'd just maybe not show the motion tile as much or whatever you call it in alight motion. Try adding more blur so its not noticable or graphing it faster. Add some effects I would to fit the music. It could just be something super simple like adding a light leak overlay!
