Smooth video/transition shakes

Does anyone have smooth transition shakes and/or smooth constant video shakes presets that don't need any plugins to work?
Im in need of something like that. Also i want some of them to be less intense than others, for example one smooth video shake that shakes less than another one or a smooth shake transition that shakes in different ways etc..

or if there is already something like that in this discord please do let me know 🙂
