#Can't get into creative cloud T-T

UPDATE wow what're the odds, right when i post for help it works! In case anyone has this same problem in the future, heres how i fixed it; 1. go to your account on the adobe website, find your Adobe Account 2. go to "Sign-in and security" and scroll to the bottom 3. Find the "Active Sessions" section and find the name of your device, then click "end session" it will automaticaly log you out of your creative cloud without having to open the download. (it took a few minutes for it to sign me out but it worked)
UPDATE: it did indeed sign me out which is part of what i needed, but it still refuses to update T^T UGH
update: .... ive had this problem for a while.. its almost unreal i managed to solve it.. here is how i managed to uninstall cc without updating it first https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging. <-- life saver. I hope there is no problem reinstalling it now.
