How to quickly "stagger" layers

Hey so i dont want to simply stagger, i want the layers to chnage quickly. Each layer is the same clip but in a different emvironment and i want to make like a stop motion effect but i dont want to spend one hour cutting every layer one at a time to flow well... Is there a method or script that i can use to make this be done faster? ty!

Example: make first layer start at 0 frames and end a 5, make the second layer start a 5 and end a 10 but the starting point of the 2nd layer must be its 5th frame, not its first and so on

Pulling the ends of the clip to the frames u want isn't fast enough?

i have 75 layers if i have to manually cut them all to not overlap on 3 / 5 frames im never gonna get over it, i will do it if theres no easy way out, thats why im asking...

Except it's at least 5 clicks less per layer

But ya u'd still have to go thru each layer

But personally I don't know of a builtin function that does what u want
