topaz fps

i uploaded my downlaoded video to topaz which is 600fps but then when look at the bottom it says its uploading in 30 fps does anyone know how to fix it. my last video i did it with it didnt change but now it is?

this is what i mean like i dragged the video to topaz and before it was 600 fps but now its changed to 30???

and after i used flowframes the video turned green on after effects but i can view the video in my files?? and its normal

also i did this on my last video and that 30 fps was 525 fps last time on topaz

the only thing that is different is the rotation my last video was a 90 rotation but this one is 0

i feel like thats kinda stupid if thats the problem
