Made a quick edit for my friends on capcut as a joke, but I noticed when I made a cover with text on it, it overlapped over the whole video. Anyone know how I can fix this? Kinda annoying.

I dont know how to cut the text in the cover, it doesn’t show an option

I clicked add text from here but its not showing me where to edit or delete it

Which is different when you’re just editing it from the clips themselves like this
