Maybe you're cache is full so now it can't preview?

As glitchey said check ur disque cache, u also can check if ur layers in ur precomp are visible

i have a high spec pc with great processor and GPU but when i use to work on Element 3D its Viewport Lags or i can say stutters alot i tried everything like cleaning up the cache data and Decreasing preview Resolution but still facing the issue plse help me with this.
