this isnt my genre but ill give my input. the top riff is there from the start to end and gets too samey. i know this genre isnt all about the bass and hands in the air. melodic techno is a very popular section to be in. The structure is fine and its got a style but i would look to add another riff or something else to help it breathe a bit more. the vocal i cant make out, did you use AI in this?
In all, its the continuous top riff that needs looking at.
