Haven't had any luck getting the audio to work using streamlabs mobile app. I use my android phone with an audio interface connected through my USB-C. Setup works great through Twitch but no audio with Streamlabs mobile app. Can someone please assist? Also, do I need to have the desktop version even though I don't use my laptop for streaming? Here are the options in the settings. I think I've tried them all with no luck.

I am unfamiliar with the app but have you tried to YouTube a tutorial
Sounds like you may need an iRIG or VC Cables .. something along those lines

I've checked yt. There aren't any specific tutorials on the audio portion. I hate the iRig. Had the irig2 and Irigstream. Irigstream was trash and wasn't android/Samsung compatible. My setup works fine with twitch mobile app. It's the Streamlabs app I'm having issues with.
