Fell through a mountain after the floor glitched out and I'm dead with no way to access my body and I'm going to lose all of my loot.

Just roll the save back and solved.

Go to User/AppData/Local/Icarus/Saved/PlayerData
from there Steam ID number/Prospects.
Should see a bunch of files with same names you see when you load them. The NAME.Json is the main save. The ones with the ,backup are the the backup. To rollback easy just drop the current Json somewhere. Then rename that backup by simply removing the .backup. Now it looks the same as the file you just moved. That will be what loads.
