Whole map progress reset after logging back in after the update.
Sounds like an issue with the save file. Are you using mods? Particularly ones that effect the map?
Could rollback to an earlier save could fix it. Or just use the online map and explore it all again.

This is an issue with your .fog files getting corrupted/removed.
Please check the folder %localappdata%\Icarus\Saved\PlayerData\<STEAMID>\MapData you should see one to three .fog files.

I'm not sure what causes it, I'm thinking it's windows smartscreen or defender that keeps grabbing these files, but I'd take a look in there and let us know what you see

Just had it eat my prometheus map. Luckily a buddy gave me a copy of his. But this is still happening. I had a 64 byte Terrain_019.fog file. We have made backups.
