"Hi, I'm reporting a severe bug on a Dedicated Server. I died in the Gargonutan boss room and was unable to respawn. My group (3 players) logged out and restarted the server while I was still dead.
After the restart, my teammates' items correctly teleported to the boss entrance, but mine completely vanished. My death marker and item bag icon are NOT visible on the map. We cleared the boss and searched the entire room, but there is no loot crate or body. It seems my character's inventory data was wiped or glitched during the server restart while in a 'dead' state.
Since this is a dedicated server bug, is there any way to recover these items, or is this a known synchronization issue?
Boss: Gargonutan
Server: Dedicated Name - Albiorix"

You can restore a save from before you started the Garganutan Boss fight.
You'll lose the game progress since, but at least you'll have your items back...
how can I do that ?
Whether you're hosting local, or on a DS, the process is the same (just the file location might differ).
When hosting local:
Go to %localappdata%\Icarus\Saved\PlayerData<SteamID>\Prospects
Here the prospect files are stored, named <ProspectName>.json
The auto backup files are stored here as well, named <ProspectName>.json.backup_x (one is being made every 30 minutes, up to 11 backups are stored; it's rolling retention)
Rename <ProspectName>.json to <ProspectName>.json.old
Copy the backup file you want to restore and rename it to <ProspectName>.json
Load the prospect again
You can simply remove the current prospect file and rename a backup file, but by first renaming the old prospect file you keep in in case you need it at some time.
The same goes with copying the backup file: If you simply rename it and you want to restore that same backup again, you can't (because you renamed it and it got updated by the game); hence making a copy of that backup file and rename the copy.
wow thank you so much
