Use a Drop Ship Recall Beacon to call the Drop Ship to a new location. Workshop item or Tier 4 crafted item.

Which map?
If it's Styx, there were a couple of rather big changes to the map when Great Hunts dropped (there's still a branch from before those changes, so you can get any stuff (bases, dropships) to a safe location, and switch back to normal branch).

If it's only the dropship located in the mountain, as stated above, use a dropship beacon to call down your drop pod somewhere else.
