Lost item due to a gamecrash and dont know how to recover it (biolab rifle)

so im playing on a prospect with my friend and we had just finished the first campaign mission and had called down a rifle and a maul from the biolab. seconds later we found out trying to eat a stack of crackers instantly crashes the game which caused us to be forcefully booted out. when we logged back in the items were gone the rifle and maul but our equipment screens tells us that we called them in. theyre just nowhere to be found. is there any way to fix this?
