Has anyone else had an issue with the Styx Great Hunts UDA Genome Facility mission not spawning the scalpels in the surgical kit?

Multiple people are having this issue.
We ran back to base to grab scalpels from there.

Some people managed to get scalpels by logging off / logging on, or by picking up the medical kit and placing it down again

I make sure to grab a bunch, as you grab one, a few seconds and another spawns in. Get a few before starting the next step.
