Open World Styx, Operation Highrise

I am currently trying to complete Operation High Rise. Unfortunately, the items I have placed, such as rainwater collection basins, fire pits, and hedgehog traps, are not counting toward my mission progress. I have already restarted the game and the mission, but the progress is still not counting. Is there a solution to this?

Usually this happens when the placed objects are not within the location radius.
Try placing them in the middle of the highlighted circle on the map.
